Mr. Jack Utter has represented syndicators offering tax shelter benefits in oil and gas partnerships. He has been, legal counsel to several corporations, including the Meridian Hotel in Newport Beach, California, Great Expectation Centers in Walnut Creek and Mountain View, both located in California, which were taken public. He represented WASA Insurance, the largest insurance company in Scandinavia and AB Edsbyverken, the largest furniture manufacturing company in Sweden, as trial attorney. He has represented other international insurance companies as corporate and trial attorney.
